This was the worst restaurant and staff I have ever encountered! We had just landed from out of town and wanted some quick food before we checked in our hotel, that is all! We waited 40 minutes at the speaker box before we could even order! She kept saying (shift change, it will be ten more minutes) she did that 3 times! When they finally realized we were not leaving and the car lines was growing, they finally took our order! Our order was wrong and no one even apologized for the almost hour wait!!!! I wanted a sausage bowl they didn't tell me they ran out of grotto until I waited for at least 30 minutes. I'm just wondering if they can give me something else. Looks like the big lady who makes the food doesn't wear gloves and she didn't even want to give me an apple cake when I waited patiently. Then they have so many homeless people in front of the restaurant and at the bus stop. Then couldn't even use the toilet because someone took the key into the toilet room and I didn't see a class.
You do not pay attention to what you order. I'm allergic to cheese and didn't tell them a cheese on the chili dog and what do I get when I get home? A chili CHEESE dog. I have no answer. And a week before that happened, I went to the situation and went inside. A girl sitting on the food said we closed. And I'm like Oh OK. I went out and noticed that the shield said dining room open until 3:00. I looked at the time and it was 215p. So I went without ordering anything. Unprofessional.
I would give no stars if I can there was a line out side and a line inside the girl at the front ain’t taking nobody orders and she’s on the phone in the middle of the shift. They need to shut down Krystal’s in the hood. This girl literally having a whole convo and we asking her to get off her phone and service us. I know Krystal’s lost spot 5,000 that one hour from people driving off and walking off.

I would rate this place no stars if I could for what I experienced after eating their chili cheese tots yesterday. First, the chili tasted spicier than the chili on the chili dogs. Second, the chili was heavily seasoned. Third, the tots were super greasy. I woke up at 1 a.m. today with a cough that burns. And then I vomited. Please stop eating at this establishment. Take your money elsewhere.
I pray you never go to this Krystal on Cleveland Ave. I ordered Krystal sunrisers they were the worst I ever had, the egg was hard the sausage was hard and bottom of the bread was crunchy as well.. I will never eat there again!!! I really can't believe they are still serving bad food after all these bads reviews.. I wonder if management really taking the customer complaints seriously!!!!
I can not have onions and i had onions on my burgers. I called to have the order refunded for i didnt eat it after it showed up from door dash 2 hours late and BOTH the managers continued to argue with me. I have been to several krystal burger places and gotten no onions and this place persisted on telling me that they couldnt make them without them. Will not order from here again!

This might be the worst Krystal in the world! The crew obviously had something else to do other than service the customers. I got a under cooked chicken. Must have been time for them to get off the clock I guess. Ruined my lunch break.
First of all from the light skinned girl with the tattoos in her face I politely got my order right and the food was slept. The grottos were smooth and punctual. The store was clean and everything was perfect.
