The servers were friendly and helpful, thank you!! The environment is fun and the rotating sushi counters are a very modern take to the sushi experience! Each plate you take is a fixed price, or you can order fresh from a digital screen on your seat. You have great small robots that deliver your drinks and utensils that really surprised me (I have never seen this before! The reason for my 3 star rating is however the food quality and quantity. The reels are about half the size of a normal sushi bar, and the fish quality.... below the average. My fresh tuna was literally brown in color no additives, no marinade and was rough chewing.. I even had to waste it. All forms of tuna, even spicy tuna...
This place was really good. The rotating sushi is a truly unique experience. It's decent because you get this variety without thinking, but sometimes you're upset with other people who want what you wanted. Fortunately, you can order exactly what you want with zero competition. I liked the sushi very much, sometimes I felt that the plates were sometimes very small portions, sometimes only one piece, and the plates fast. Between me and my wife, we had 28 plates. I think the price was comparable, but definitely more expensive than a typical all you can eat, but the experience adds. If you go to a busy time, I would highly recommend on the waiting list an hour before you plan to be there!
When you come to this place, it is more for the experience than the sushi. We came here after a graduation ceremony and we put our names on the kiosk. We waited less than an hour to sit down. You must be present to your entire party to sit down. The server was friendly and polite. You have these robots that serve your drinks, so it is quite the spectacle. As far as the sushi itself is concerned, there is a decent amount of diversity, and you can request special requests that come to a second sponsor. The quality was good, but not to die. I'd come back for the experience.
So much fun! Really enjoyed our time here. Great sushi, fun choices, and a great place to bring your family. All the food was fresh and quick to arrive after ordering. Would definitely come again. Pro tip: download the app and get on the wait-list before arriving if possible. We came from out of town, and about 30 min before we arrived we signed onto the list, and only waited about 5 min after arrival. Awesome perk.
