Absolutely fantastic customer service!!! 07-31-24 11:40AM. I didn't catch the name of the 3 ladies involved, but they are absolute angels. I had spilled 3 smoothies in the back of my car. I asked if I could use the majority of their paper towels and block a fuel island for a bit. The said absolutely, and no worries. About 1/3 of the way through me cleaning my mess. The 2 different ladies came out and offered me cleaning wipes and supplies. I was able to get my mess 95% cleaned thanks to them. (Obvioulsy need carpet cleaner for the last 5% ... If you ladies see this, thank you again!! If their manager or owner sees this, please find out who they are and make sure you keep them. Good customer...

This place is always popping! It seems to be perpetually busy, but it holds a pretty central location and there aren't many options within a short space. However, it meets or beat expectations! I like that they have the Redbox inside, good food, friendly service.

Had to drive to West Des Moines and first time at this location. Staff were not as friendly. Store was clean and very well maintained. Unlike other kum and go stores, staff are too busy chatting with each other to notice customers leaving and entering.

The staff are friendly and the atore is well maintained. However, the are compressor location is not well lit. They used to have an compressor that would fill tires to the desired pressure. It was also in a better lit location.

Clean bathroom, attendant could have been more attentive. A smile or nod goes a long ways to me. I did just use the bathroom.

I was using the restroom and employee walk in use the restroom and didn't even bother to wash he's hands.
