The good: the atmosphere here is beautiful, and the broth and blows for the ultimate tonkotsu rays were delicious. I also enjoyed Takoyaki, and I liked that the curry wheels were lawfully spicy. Less good: I did not love the noodles themselves, which seemed to me much too soft/textureless and thin. I admit not to be a real ramen expert, and I know that rabbles can come in different thicknesses/texturs, but these have not done it entirely for me, and the fact that the Kuma Ami site on Wolf Road serves very different noodles makes me wondering if this was a sort of delivery problem against a conscious choice. Also, the food came verrrryyyy slowly, that felt strange in a place that set up like a fast-call place with counterservice. I would be willing to give this place another shot, but that was not a particularly amazing experience.
