delicious food, fresh products from the market, we went twice to the cozy restaurant of wael before the akqueduct. since we are both vegetarian, we didn't try the whole menu, but we just loved everything we ate. waels eating is good and...Gourmet at the same time: a real explosion of aromen! Last but not least, wael is a real passionate cook and he offers cooking classes (we were sad, not in the position to try it due to the corona restrictions) and he was so welcoming that it felt very comfortable for us. we define it new order!!!
some colleagues from the work went on a Monday to have dinner. how often in segovia on weekdays it was not crowded (i.e. we were the only group there). ouside, it poured. we had done a lot of things and I must say that I, all of them happy, but I was disappointed by sushi. the place is nice and cozy, the personal (owner and cook) friendly and the dishes delicious. Oh! I forgot to mention that we paid about €18 per person. not bad! I'll try different dishes next time!
small beautiful restaurant with mix of Thai and Japanese oriented. fresh ingredients with good and authentic aromas. gluten-free friendly, and dog allowed in free. faster and friendly service. we had the wok (bef, seafood and vegetarian,) vegetarian gyoza, wakamame salat and rollitos. all very tasty. we are sunken twice and have a table, but they could want to be reserved.
great restaurant. eating is exquisite, and also ambiente. decoration with large taste. complete for lunch during a day trip to Segovia or for dinner when they visit longer. added, it does not offer traditional stacks of kastilian foods, but it is vegetarian-friendly than many others in the opposite. I've been a couple times!
