Best Japanese restaurant in Bilbao when it opened a few years ago. We used to be regular clients. Quality of service is not what used to be. Some dishes need a new twist. Quality and presentation of dishes is good but not top notch as years ago. I would like to see other dishes from the Japanese cuisine being offered including some hot plates.
