Tommy the owner is very veg-aware as is most of the staff (at least one server is veg). They will help you choose which dishes can easily be mage veg. My go-to is the Curry Kick soup bowl. A couple of friends and I were in Birkdale and stopped in ofr a bite. The 2 friends are native of China and loved the lotus root soup. My partner usually gets the Buddah Bowl. It has been recently renovated. and in a convenient location (easy parking) right off the main circle.

they can make the pad thai vegan when they ask. the vegetarian options are marked on the menu, but they need to specifically ask about vegan options. I am always more hesitant when I have to order vegan options that are not marked in the menu in a restaurant.

beautiful opposite, attentive staff. both waiters I talked to knew what a vegan is and what can be changed to be vegan. my man and I both really enjoyed dinner

the staff is very pleasant and helpful. can offer suggestions for vegan decisions. there were a few times and each time when eating was fresh and very tasty

Really good food. Veggie sushi available and pad Thai (ask for no egg) is sooooo good! Will definitely be going back
