that was the only place I can find hot pot and its really good. When I went with some friends, it was a flat fee for each of us for hotpot that contains unlimited meat (only lamb and beef from what I remember. You can also order fish or chicken for hotpot, and soup dumplings that were extra. when I went, you ordered by scanning a qr code on the table that would send you to a website to order, and then your food will be brought to you. They also pay on the front, there are no servers. there is a bar with vegetables, noodles, seitan, tofu products, etc. that you go and from. There is also a sauce station where you can mix your own sauce to immerse meat / vegetables.
We came for Hotpot and Helen was great! She was very nice and helped us navigate how to try from all that you eat menu and gave us suggestions what to try. She was very attentive and made sure we were fine. As for food, it was delicious. There was a wide selection of fresh veggies, tofu, toppings and sauces for everything you can eat hot pot. Everything looked and tasted good quality. The meat was also everything you eat and order it from my phone was very easy. The meat was good and fresh. Overall, this experience was worth the 30 per person price, it was such a fun treat!
We really loved our experience. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly and attentive. That was our first hotpot menu, and the staff was so helpful to explain how the order went and how to start enjoying our meal. The food was notch. The spicy broth was incredibly spicy and rich in taste. Meat was incredible as well as the veggie. We will definitely be back!!
This is a hot pot place. This one is just as good as the ones in Chinatown. I recommend coming here and ignore the reviews. I had a sweet woman working there make the dipping sauce for us which made it even better. This place will really hit the spot when it gets colder.
