I always enjoy visiting this restaurant when I am in the area. The drinks are delicious and the décor is lovely. However, my last visit left me feeling a bit upset. It was clear that the staff were busy and working hard, but I waited at the counter for a full minute while they ignored me. Even the young man standing directly in front of me didn't even look up to acknowledge my presence. I didn't expect them to drop everything to greet me, but a simple acknowledgement would have been nice. I have never experienced being completely ignored by staff at any other business before.
I'm sorry to say that even my kids agreed that we have had much better bubble tea at Juno Bakery near us. I was disappointed when I inquired about the iced coffee and the cashier didn't let me know that I couldn't have it black. It would be helpful to inform customers about this in the future. I also take some responsibility for not wording my question correctly. I considered returning the drink but decided not to cause a scene. I will stick to getting my bubble tea from Kokee Tea or Tutti Frutti in the Columbia Mall area. That is just my honest opinion.
Great staff and I like that you can select your sugar level. Not so keen about the misleading presentation. For example, I ordered a red bean smoothie. The picture showed the smoothie with red beans on top. Turns out it's only red bean flavored and you have to pay extra for the topping. I prefer pricing to be straightforward, not hidden and sprung upon you. And don't show a picture which isn't exactly the product you'll be getting.
The service is excellent and the tea is great! I come here at least once a week and every time I visit, Mimi is incredibly helpful in suggesting drinks. She is very knowledgeable about the menu and always quick to take my order. Whenever she is working, I know I don't have to worry or wait long. With the combination of exceptional staff and high quality products, this is definitely the best Kung fu Tea location I have been to.

I think they added way too much milk compared to tea. The black milk tea doesn't normally have such an overpowering sweet, milk taste. Not sure if this is the standard practice at this Kung Fu tea but the other places don't make a black milk tea that tastes this extra milky. ???????? The person who took my order was helpful and sweet but that doesn't matter when the taste of the tea is off.
I went to the restaurant and they had run out of ginger milk tea. The staff member was great and called me to let me know, and I ended up getting a different drink instead. However, there was a mix-up with my order for a Thai milk tea - I had requested it cold but it was served hot.
Great place to chill at and amazing staff, especially Maggie. Been so patience on explaining and answering all of my questions. Teas are great. Maggie recommended to get half sugar and I did it, it came out perfectly.
In my Opinion there is no other boba place that does the milk teas as good as Kung Fu Tea. I love Taro Milk tea, it is such a classic but never gets tired. Great one is also Honey Milk tea ????

Great customer service and great drinks too!!! The staff always have great recommendations for each category of drink. Any questions i have are always answered. highly recommend this place!
I absolutely love the Rosehip Lemonade at KFT, but what really sets them apart is the option to customize the sugar level in their KF Milk Teas. It's great to have that choice!
