Der positive Gesamteindruck der Küche bei unserem letzten Besuch im Dezember hat sich bestätigt - hochwertige Ausgangsprodukte in sehr sorgfältiger, klassischer Zubereitung, unter Einbeziehung auch von aufwendigeren Zutaten wie foie gras oder Hummer; erstere diesmal als wiederum perfekt zubereitete Terrine, letzterer in allerdings homöopathischer Dosierung in Begleitung von Kalbsbries - hier hätte man sich allerdings eine etwas ausdrucksstärkere Sauce gewünscht, wie überhaupt Saucen nicht unbedingt das Highlight des Restaurants sind. Sehr gut das Almochsenfitet mit Morcheln, und ebenso der Spargel. Leider Schwächen im Service: Wein wurde eingeschenkt, ohne ihn vorher probieren zu lassen, und...
Nous avons visité le restaurant de bouilloire en cuivre Kupferpfanne à plusieurs reprises et sommes arrivés à la conclusion que c'est l'un des meilleurs restaurants de la région. La nourriture est allemande et de saison, nous y étions à la saison des asperges, mais ils font un effort supplémentaire ... dans ce restaurant qui les distingue des autres endroits: la nourriture est bien présentée et fraîche, les portions ne sont pas très grandes et la nourriture est plus fin par rapport à d’autres endroits de cette région. We have visited the Kupferpfanne (copper kettle) restaurant various times now and got to the conclusion that this is one of the best restaurants in the region. The food is German and seasonal (we were there at asparagus season), but they go this extra mile...at this restaurant which distinguish them from other places: the food is nicely presented and fresh, the portions are not extra large and the food is finer (compared to other places in this area). The service is very friendly and special wishes are being accomodated. One really feels as a welcomed guest in this restaurant. The place is small and cosy, traditional and nice and we recommend a reservation.
De nombreux restaurants, je suis allé dans le monde entier, cet endroit reste mon préféré. Non seulement la nourriture est très délicieuse, il y a aussi toujours des choses inhabituelles que vous ne serez nulle part ailleurs. Ils ont également une merveilleuse winelist qui ne dispose pas de nombreux restaurants. L'athmosphère est très agréable et le service est excellent. Un dîner commence déjà avec une Amusebouche avec laquelle j'ai mon premier point culminant

Der Wirt/Koch gibt sich wirklich Mühe und es lohnt sich ! Sicherlich, es ist nicht ganz billig, aber dafür bekommt man etwas für sein Geld !Hinfahren !
great eating, friendly staff, cheap prices! we had pizza copper pan, salat copper pan and lasagne. everything was excellent! recommend this place!
