I have been to high level restaurants. I can affirm that this meat is unbeatable. We ate the provoleta (it's the usual but perfect) and then the Iberian pork and the lomo bajo, a 10 for both. 100% recommended site... I imagine that the T-bone steak must be a show, we'll order it next time... IT DESERVES ITS 4.9...SMALL BUT SPECTACULAR LETTER.
