Kwong Ming is a traditional Chinese restaurant with delicious food. Her egg rolls are superb, crispy and delicious. The Pork Fried Dumplings had a buttery dough with abundant filling. My favorite was the sticky grill ribs. The cut was fleshy, the sauce a sweet glaze packed with great taste. This will be a must order every time we dine here! We have two entrees accompanied by lovely pork. The Chick Chow Fun was perfect. The wide rice noodles were completely coated in taste and the chicken pounded mager also absorbs the savory dark soy-based sauce. Green onions have added color and freshness. Her Cashew chicken was prepared in a rich brown sauce with mushrooms, green peas, red paprika and sawe...

Large dining room. This is the Chinese restaurant of your father from the 1960s, right after the selection from column A and column B in the menu. The staff was attentive and fast. The portions are huge. My wife and I both brought half of our meals home. The egg rolls are enormous. The amazed soup was in an interesting dark broth. They have light sauce with that. Eggs foo young. Meaty and damp chicken wing appetizers. Shrimps and lobster sauce had large fresh shrimps. The fried rice looked very promising with a good color and many ingredients, but unfortunately the taste was not entirely the old 196o's taste fried rice. Interestingly, everything tasted better the next day after warming, espe...

Saturday January 29th 2011 about 8:30pm, my husband and I went to Kwong Ming Chinese restaurant which is located at 3342 Jerusalem Avenue, Wantagh-NY 11793. We ordered 1 corona for my husband and proceeded to order a meal (special tasting sample menu about $24.95/person) which included special soup which also included a special surprise when we got it. While we were eating and saying how delicious the soup was, I noticed on my spoon there was a dead baby roach (or small insect) floating in the soup while we were eating. Right after that we stopped eating and notified the server and the management about it. They don't charge us anything and we just went home. We felt so disgusted! Please Do N...

The prices were great the manager was very nice clean restaurant. Family dinner for two is 35.00 dollars comes with soup for two appetizers to share dinner for each person and shared dessert Gary are waiter was very good and very funny it was like being at dinner and a show. He was great will definitely be going back. Parking: Small parking lot it’s in a shared plaza so not sure if there was parking in the back also it is under construction in the outside.

Probably my new favorite place to have Chinese food on the island. Huge portions, authentic taste and an incredible selection of offers that the chef can also tailor to your request. The egg rolls alone are worth a visit, the biggest we had so far. The reserve ribs were delicious, shrimp in black bean sauce was phenomenal, soups excellent as well as very well roasted rice. We went for lunch and were not disappointed, but wanted to go for dinner and enjoy the family eating specialties. Very recommended!
