Been going to Kyj 's for many years many generations...for the 1st time ever, I was treated so horribly over the phone the Boothwyn location when placing my order! it was on 3/11/22 aprrox 12:15pm she may have been the RUDEST PERSON TO EVER WALK THE PLANET!!! As I 'm ordering, she kept saying oh my god in my ear. After about the 10th time of her saying it, I asked if she was saying it pertaining to me, my questions or my order! Called to inquire about a cake (Boothwyn location) since I heard good things about this place. I was very disappointed. The lady who answered the phone had zero customer service skills, was extremely rude. She answered the phone and said what do you need , in the nastiest tone, as if I was bothering her. She was extremely curt and then proceeded to tell me to call back because she had customers. If you could not take an order why answer the phone to begin with and Its not always what you say, its how you say it. She was such a b*tch, point blank, and I would never take my money there. A disgrace!
I visited Boothwyn for the first time and unfortunately had a negative experience. The woman behind the counter seemed genuinely annoyed that I was even there. As I began to place my order, she started criticizing me for not ordering correctly. Then she went on to complain about other customers making mistakes as well. The entire encounter was unpleasant and rude, so I chose not to engage further and left. I won't be returning.
We were the only customers in the store during our visit, and when we greeted the woman behind the counter, it felt like we had interrupted her. The customer service was disappointing; we even left without placing an order. It's such a shame because the cakes looked delicious! Food is excellent, however, the customer service is horrendous. Placed order in Boothwyn for pickup in Brookhaven when I went to pickup, they didn't have order. They said they never received it. Boothwyn location is hit or miss with hours can't count on them being open.Will miss their perogies and strawberry shortcake but I will not be back!
I don't care how good the food is; the service I received was terrible. The woman who spoke to me—I'm not sure if she was the owner or just an employee—had the worst customer service attitude I've ever encountered. I only asked a few questions, and she seemed really annoyed with me. I think I’ll take my business elsewhere from now on.
I tried to place an order here. When you call my phone a woman is so incredibly rude. She doesn't answer and then when she does she yells at you and hangs up. It's happened multiple times. I would never go there again. I don't know how you stay in business which such poor customer service.
