Kyoto Japanese Steak House

First time at Kyoto, but if I could give it ten stars, I would. Our chef, Matthew, was PHENOMENAL. He was great to chat with, funny, and an all-around great guy. He made quite possibly the best sea scallops I've ever had, including when I lived on the East Coast. The food was delicious and service was exceptional. We will most certainly be visiting again.

Entertaining, delicious food that is simple to order and tasty. The Hibachi cook was friendly and provided a good show while making our dinner. The quantity of the food was generous and satisfying. I would suggest better lighting but then it would lose its ambiance of a classy bistro. Definitely deserves a second and third visit.

Just celebrated our son's birthday with a group of friends. Edward was amazing! He has lots of fun and seemed to truly enjoy the interaction. Everyone was awesome! Much appreciated. We have been here several times but this was the best by far!!

After a terrible experience at Bin 303 we happened upon this place on i30, and were blown away! Friendly, fun, and a dining experience we will remember forever.
