I came here last Saturday night with my sister and a small group of friends. I've been here numerous times before over the past five years or so with friends and family, and always had excellent food and service and loved the atmosphere and the beautiful dance performances. However, when we came in last week, we were met with very indifferent and honestly quite rude service (one starter and one main were forgotten), and lots of items on the menu were not available, such as plov, anything else containing rice, borscht and white wine. I was really shocked and felt a bit uncomfortable. I've had so many lovely experiences at this restaurant, even celebrated a couple of family birthdays here. Wha...

This is not your average restaurant. Being London, there are few cuisines that are not represented somewhere here. But this restaurant may be unique in the foods that it offers. Kitted out in Central Asian carpets, low level tables and embroidered table cloths. This restaurant stands out for the quality of the food and the standard of the preparation. Having eaten Central Asian when travelling in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Afghanistan, this food represents the cuisine well, though is noticeably much more sparing in its use of mutton/beef fat! But it doesn’t lack on flavour at all. The ubiquitous plov was very flavoursome and the manty, Central Asia’s version of a meat filled Chin...

After a fabulous massage we arrived at our reserved table at the Pasha Restaurant feeling very relaxed and chilled. By the time we left, we felt rather differently. Delay upon delay it took over 50 minutes to get our simple albeit tasty meze starter, for example. Our request for tap water was first forgotten and then refused ‘We don’t do tap water for drinking. Our water is only for washing up.’ but £3 still water was available. Our mains were okay though the rice with one vegetarian meal was forgotten, as were our plates for the starter we eventually helped ourselves as couldn’t catch the waiter’s eye. Altogether rather disappointing. Would advise that you do go here if you like very loud m...

The restaurant provided poor service during our visit. We had reserved a table for 20 people and ordered all the starters in advance, but nothing was ready upon our arrival. One lady kept bringing out one plate at a time with long delays for our large group. The food was disappointing, with burnt dishes and oversized pastry in the veggie dumplings. The portions were small and overpriced. For the high cost, we expected much better quality. Despite being promised live belly dance music, nothing was provided when we arrived. We had to play our own music from our phones until the staff asked us to leave at 11pm. The customer service was lacking compared to our previous experience last year. Over... The central Asian food in this restaurant is ok, and I think if you want to grab some mantys or Plov, you might go there but better to order take away as the service is horrible and not acceptable for London standards. The waiter was not competent, we were surprised how could he remember our order to the company of 12 people and actually he didn’t. So the food arrived at different times and I ended up waiting for my order for 1.5 hours which is totally unacceptable. The restaurant is located at the very end of shabby hotel so please be prepared to it as well.

Sadly, this once excellent restaurant has declined in quality over time. I used to recommend it as the top Central Asian dining spot in town, but can no longer do so. When we booked a New Year's dinner for a group of twenty, we were disappointed with the burnt plov (which we didn't end up paying for), a measly 4 mantu per portion, a strange salad, and hummus for starters. I noticed small samosas being served to other tables, but they never made it to ours. We were also promised live music and a belly dance show, which never materialized.

The food was burnt, the smell was disgusting, and the service was terrible. There was only one person serving 16 customers, and on top of that, they overcharged us. Réservez une table maintenant
