We have been for both lunch and dinner recently. In both cases, the service was efficient and helpful. The were a number of good choices to be made in this menu, typical of mountain cuisine. Our table of six had a selection of choices from across the menu which we share and all were of a high standard. Prices in Verbier dining are pretty high, but at the group of the top restaurants, of which this is one, pricing levels are all in the same range. The restaurant is always pretty busy. L’Ecurie is centrally located at the Place Centrale which means it is easy to get to by foot, and it is next to one of the large parking lots for those who drive (or the Verbier free bus stops 5 yards away).
This is my wife's favorite restaurant in Switzerland, and we ate something to pick up after the shutdowns. We were a party of four, and ordered escargot and meerrote bone marrow as appetizers, then a pasta dish, a beef main, a Venison main, and a Quail main to share. Everything tasted delicious. The warm ambience complemented the experience.
We discovered this restaurant in the center of verbier, there was a world on this Sunday evening festival, at 21:30. Despite this we were well received and we ate very well, in a chalet setting decorated with vivid colours and funny words games ... on the theme of the fish and the sea!A very pleasant surprise for a beautiful end of evening.

Came into this beautiful restaurant after a morning snowboarding. The staff was very friendly. We started with the salmon star with horse stable that was beautiful. For the main we had the Squid Risotto and a beautifully cooked chicken with mushroom sauce. Both were also amazing. Top experience. Go back!
