L & L Hawaiian Barbecue

They don 't even deserve one star. We ordered 2 order of the BBQ mix and the chicken is completely burnt. We tried to eat but it taste and smell horrible. This was a door dash order and door dash didn 't want to help compensating so I called the restaurantand I was told sorry for the chicken but there 's nothing they can do about it other than saying sorry The cook should beashamed about this meat. Asked for no cabbage on the fish plates and can 't even follow directions, both of the fish plates hadcabbage. Disgusting food, horrible customer service $67 to the garbage

It basicly a togo place hweiian cusine my favorite isthe katsu chicken dont forget the gravy for the white rice instead try tbings out if it sounds weird dont try it tell your ready ypull be amazed good stuff . Price for ten bucks you get atleast 2chicken macaroni salad and and white rice the chicken is breaded in panko bread crumbs youll like it

Love the food but everytime we ordered delivery, the mess up our order or the food is burnt or they forget the sauce. You gotta have the sauce! Right?! Also I always leave a cash to by the door and they never take it. It even says tip for food deliveryperson but they always leave it. Strange. Today is it was a $20 tip but they didn 't take it.

Cashier (an old lady with grayish hair and hazel eyes) is harassing customers and ended up not placing orders because of her attitude. Why is she still working there. This place used to be great before she showed up. Her employees looked unhappy andscared of the old lady cashier.

The old lady at front counter has no right to humiliate customers. Customers are always right. This lady needs to be fired out immediately and so the store can restore its integrity with the community.
