ANNEXE Vous devez réparer l'expérience autour du domaine skiable. À l'enregistrement, on ne nous a pas dit qu'il y avait un code à la porte, donc j'ai dû faire des promenades inutiles à la réception avec mon tableau. 2. Après avoir obtenu le code de porte et l'accès à la salle de ski, j'ai besoin de vérifier chaque casier clignotant quand il est vide ou pas et ensuite apprendre que tous sont occupés. Dégoûtant. 3. L'homme avec une moustache à la réception n'était pas vraiment amical de dire que nous avons besoin d'amener nos snowboards dans la salle de ski (même s'il y a une erreur d'hôtel ne nous avertissant pas que la porte a un code d'accès). Il devrait sauver cette voix pour sa femme et ses enfants, mais pas pour les clients. 4. La parfum se propage dans l'espace est belle, mais trop de concentration. Ça devrait être moins perceptible.
Great hotel stylish, but not stuffy, in a slightly rustic style (rough wood cladding) with modern creative bar area and good bedrooms. The staff was super helpful and the breakfast was good. Oh, and I mentioned the amazing view of Mont Blanc! Only areas for improvement were 1) the inter connection doors between some rooms were much too flimsy and leave a lot of noise through your neighbors; 2) there are too few lockers in the trunk for all guests Skis / Boards
My third stay at this excellent hotel. The hotel is located in Chamonix, just a few minutes walk from the city centre, buses to the slopes just outside. The hotel is immaculately clean with a very attentive and service staff. Loved the lounge area next to the bar with a good selection of drinks. The hotel has a very nice breakfast and dinner. Overall excellent in all kinds, not too big hotel with personal service. Will be back.
Very good hotel. It's near a bus stop that brings you to the teleferics to get on the ski slopes. Special mention to Elisa, Spanish who works there and made us the stay very pleasant. Jorge helped us to rent ski clothes. Very friendly staff. It has a large living area with games, natural light and even a piano. The rooms are large and spacious and the cleaning is spectacular. The room was perfect every day. Very good hotel.
