First time went to this restaurant for my partner's birthday celebration on a sat night, better made reservation ahead otherwise i dont think you could get a spot from walk in, very busy night. Very friendly staff to greet you and provide coat check whom i noticed later on she was actually the restaurant manager for that night, Olivia. Excellent service and warm greeting from Olivia. She even treat us dessert on the house since it was my partner's birthday. Our server, Sylvain, super friendly and went through the menu with us. He is very responsive and keep refilling my wine water once it is low, super impressive. To be honest, the seafood tower is a bit pricy for the amount so i recommend y...
Celebrated our girlfriend’s birthday on last Thursday night. Amazing experience at La Banane! Great ambience! Great food! The service was impeccable! Our server Sylvain was absolutely amazing! He was affectionate, knowledgeable and full of personality. And we also got another server Graham helping us that evening. He was appreciative humor. Every single dish was so carefully crafted and full of flavours that blended together graciously. The presentation for each dish was flawless! The tenderloin especially was very juicy, perfectly done and full of flavour. The baked sea bass and the seared foie gras were our favourites. They tasted really delicious and exquisite. Love their seafood plateaus...
From start to finish, our dining experience was exceptional. The service was impeccable and the food was delicious. Despite limited options for a vegetarian like myself, Chef Basilio Pesce went above and beyond to create a fantastic main dish for me on short notice. Even the simple side of potatoes was incredibly tasty. My dining companion tried the turbot special and couldn't stop praising it. To top it all off, the dessert of meringue with pistachio and orange blossom water syrup was absolutely perfect. We can't wait to return to this restaurant.
My experience at La Banane last night was fantastic! My party and I dined tapas-style, trying a variety of dishes including scallops, tuna, and duck, all of which were delicious. The atmosphere was lively and there was a great energy in the restaurant. The service was top-notch, with knowledgeable staff attending to our needs. The decor was also excellent, creating a cozy yet vibrant ambiance. Chef Brandon has certainly created a winner with this restaurant. Réservez une table maintenant
I absolutely adored the ambiance of the restaurant, as well as the delicious cocktails and carefully crafted dishes. The seafood was incredibly fresh, particularly the scallops in garlic buttermilk and mussels. The addition of fine cheeses throughout the meal was a delightful surprise, from the cheese puff appetizer to the cheese selections and potatoes aligot. I left feeling very satisfied and happy with my dining experience.
