We dined at this restaurant for dinner and had a really lovely experience overall. The atmosphere was fantastic, the music was enjoyable, and our waitress was super friendly, knowledgeable, and apologetic about the long wait. The burgers were large and delicious, and the fries were just as good. My sister particularly enjoyed a fantastic margarita, too. However, the service was significantly slow—our burgers took over an hour to arrive—due to the restaurant being very busy and only having two cooks on duty. I met some friends for dinner at this restaurant, and overall, the food was fantastic! However, I did feel a bit neglected since I had to remind the staff a couple of times for utensils and water. I tried the new smash burger, which I found to be much better than the typical towering burgers. The onion rings were crispy and delicious, and the nachos were outstanding—there was more than enough to feed all four of us. The atmosphere was well-decorated, and I thought the hand-painted Iron Maiden Eddie in the bathroom was a nice touch. Personally, I wasn't a fan of the DJ's pop music or the bell ringing, but others seemed to enjoy it and were dancing in the aisles.

I really enjoy the atmosphere at this restaurant and used to be a big fan, so I decided to take my kids out for a meal. Unfortunately, they had some complaints about the burgers, which surprised me, so I decided to try one myself. When it arrived, it was served on a stale bun that felt like it could bounce back when squeezed, and the meat had a texture similar to boot leather. We also noticed that the onion rings were burnt. I was surprised to find that the burger was served on a hard, crusty bun. You know how bread becomes stale when it's left out? Having worked in restaurants myself, I consider this a sign of negligence. It seems like the cook just forgot to seal the bag of buns. This really affected our overall experience. While the burgers and beers were decent, there’s no excuse for serving stale bread. The waitress mentioned there was nothing she could do while we were eating, but in the end, we left the burger untouched. I won't be coming back.

At the end of our meal, the waitress kindly offered us three small donuts, which I assumed were a gesture of goodwill from the manager due to our long wait. We declined the offer, and I attempted to speak with the manager again, but he had already vanished. I believe any responsible manager would have checked in with customers after such a prolonged conversation about delays to see how everything was going. While the food was quite good, the overall experience with the service left a lot to be desired.

This restaurant features a lively and unique atmosphere. The food was outstanding, and the service was exceptional. I was especially impressed by how quickly our meals were served, particularly since we dined in the afternoon when it wasn't very busy. The decor is delightful, particularly the wall decorated with books. The portion sizes were quite generous as well. The food here is exquisite! My absolute favorite used to be the mac deli chili mac, but sadly, it's no longer available. However, they've introduced a new dish called the mac rio, and it was amazing!
