I visited this restaurant for the first time and was quite disappointed. We arrived around 7:30 PM and there was only one person ahead of us, but we ended up waiting 20 minutes for our order. Interestingly, the customer who ordered after us received their food before we did. The staff member preparing the submarines was not wearing his mask properly, was drinking while working, and touched everything with his hands, which made me question their hygiene practices and left me feeling quite disgusted. The fries were overcooked and dry, and the hot dogs were tough. The only staff member who seemed to know what he was doing was the one taking orders. He was proactive and tried to manage the flow...
The manager didn't seem to care about wearing his mask properly. The staff had a sign on the front door indicating that masks were required. I waited in line with six other customers for 15 minutes without any movement. When I saw the manager with his mask improperly worn (his nose was exposed on purpose), I lost my appetite and decided to leave.
