I went here based on the reviews and did the chef’s tasting menu (which I highly recommend). 5 starters, a fish and meat main course, followed by two desserts. It’s the way to go. Some dishes were mind blowing, others didn’t fit me so well but overall, it was an excellent range of flavors and a fantastic culinary experience. The chef is indeed highly skilled. What I especially liked: the zucchini and cucumber soup, monkfish, and especially the main course meat dish. The pork belly was quite possibly the best I’ve ever had, and the Basque sausage was incredible. As other reviews point out, the lamb shoulder is also delicious.
