La Bodeguita Du Royal

Quand nous sommes revenus dans notre chambre pour la soirée vers 23h, la pièce sentait terriblement la graisse de cuisine. Il n'y avait personne à l'hôtel. Nous avons eu une réservation de deux nuits et le lendemain matin j'ai annulé la deuxième nuit seulement pour être dit qu'ils ne me rembourseraient pas le coût de la chambre et que j'aurais dû demander à être déplacé (après 23h). J'ai réservé directement à l'hôtel donc il n'y avait aucune raison de ne pas me rembourser mon paiement pour la deuxième nuit. Ils ont essentiellement dit que c'était ma responsabilité de les informer. Peu importe que j'ai passé une nuit très désagréable là-bas déjà (si désolé mais c'était apparemment ma faute)....

we really enjoyed our overnight here, excellent location, simple parking in public garage, spacious rooms and bathroom. the bar and restaurant serves excellent cocktails and delicious fresh food. all staff were very friendly and friendly, we will definitely stay here more often

I had to cancel one of my two rooms within the contractually approved time and the hotel refused to refund my money. I had paid the room in advance as a courtesy to the hotel. We used one of the rooms I booked, it had a hostel feeling and the wifi did not work.

for a 3 star hotel it is better than many 5 stars I had. the rooms were clean. the breakfast was perfect. but above all the personal. the personal was just great. friendly, smiling, helpful. they feel welcome. I will go back to this hotel next time in nimes

very good food and prices. beautiful personal and ambiente. animal-friendly. the hotel is located in a beautiful place!
