Very nice, clean and quiet hotel in the beautiful old town center of Delémont! We were also able to adjust the bikes. The restaurant deserves its 13 GM points. The “Crème brûlée au chèvre” is particularly recommended as a starter, incredibly delicious!! For example, a delicious BFM beer (Salamandre)! The wine list is also recommended. The service is also beyond reproach; my forgotten glasses were sent to me quickly and well packaged. Everything is OK in terms of price. All in all very recommendable!!

The artichoke scampi amouse bouche was well conceived and could easily be a piece de resistance on its own. The combination if pulpo aubergine, fennel and potato was immaculate. As a main i had the ribeye with seasonal vegetables (the selection and the quality is to die for). Nice sear and fragrant jus. The concept of the peanut brownie with peanut parfait is very unique and is an absolute must to try. The 13 Gault Millau points are an understatement for the Chef and this restaurant

Cadre sympathique au cœur de la vieille ville. Petit hôtel de charme le temps d’un week-end. Agréable, cosy, simple, mais plaisant. Accueil chaleureux et sympathique. Un seul regret, n’avoir pas eu l’opportunité de goûter à leur cuisine.

Nice restaurant and quality cuisine on a regular basis. Daily menus always excellent at affordable prices with this quality. Pretty little adjoining grocery store with selected products.

cljust had lunch there on the pleasant terrace in the old town. Eating was classic, well made and beautifully presented. service somewhat distracted. prei Average. no problem.

Nous avons passé 4 jours très agréables à la bonne Auberge. Les chambres sont spacieuses et acceillantes. Sa cuisinne est succulente et l‘accueil, chaleureux. Vaut le voyage.

Parfait.Vitello tonnato extra !Cotelettes d'agneau magnifique !Actuellement dans le top 3 du Jura, je recommande.À noter que cet été, la terrasse n'a pas assuré.
