La Boucherie - Réserver une table

This evening, our visit to La Boucherie restaurant turned into a real culinary nightmare, worthy of an episode of “Nightmare in the Kitchen”. From the start, our experience was marred by terrible service. The waitress responsible for taking our appetizer order was completely incompetent. Unable to tell us about the cocktails on offer, she preferred to respond casually: I don 't know, I couldn 't even tell you what alcohol there is. This careless and unpleasant attitude cast a shadow over the start of our meal. As for the dishes, the disappointment was at its peak. Ordering a Melted Cheese Burger, we received a simple hard slice of cheese and a cold Burger. As for the requested forest sauce, it was bland and seemed to be mostly oil and herbs of some sort. Asked about the texture of this sauce, the waitress simply replied arrogantly that sauces are always made like that and there is no problem. A blatant lack of professionalism and attention to customers. When it came time to pay the bill, our disappointment deepened. The person in charge (whom I presume was the one in charge) was totally taken aback by our remarks. She offered neither apology nor understanding, just casually replying that on the Internet it 's easy, so I invite you to go for it. A disappointing and contemptuous reaction, which demonstrates a profound lack of empathy and professionalism. The only positive point of this disastrous evening was the waiter. Despite an extremely busy shift, he remained friendly and tried his best to make up for the glaring shortcomings of the rest of the team. His courtesy and dedication were the only elements that slightly raised the level of this deplorable service. In conclusion, our experience at La Boucherie this evening was a real disappointment. Between dismal service, disappointing dishes and a contemptuous attitude on the part of the staff, we can only strongly advise against this establishment. As customers, we expect a minimum of professionalism and consideration, elements which were unfortunately lacking this evening.

Hello, after that of Seclin, Bruay la Buissiere At the top of the best , La Rochelle (super disappointing , Gauchy and Viry Noureuil... I remain disappointed... we arrive without having reserved for 2 adults, a child of 11 years old and an 18 month old baby this Sunday March 12, 2023. a waiter seated us...finally sent us...2 cards for 3 and a children's menu set...and we had to take a baby seat ourselves! Very nice and pleasant waitress! the aperitif arrives relatively quickly but well other people are served before with the Owner (we suppose while they arrived after but let's move on we have time : ah yes the waiter also who puts the bread on my hand almost because he didn't know where to put the basket after the boss told him to wait twice because she left us the 2 aperitif plates... not very correct... well I asked for rice if it was possible for my baby with beans (we didn't tell me that there would be a supplement (what I see is 2 euros on my ticket in short for a little 18 month old baby who has eaten so little from the large plate... and I turn around having not had any cutlery as a result and after asking for a spoon we got an ice cream spoon, it was gigantic for him... in short... and also pay attention to the glass from the children's menu... personally I don't care but you pay attention if it's a boy or a girl... and it was put out there, I think, it's the principle that bothers me... with all these little things... we didn't feel listened to and valued like customers usual or that you want to keep... like the children's menu is 8euros45 with a drink...I ask for water...they bring me a carafe of water for us but for the little one I pay 8e45 for tap water ...so I ask the boss if I can have water from the children's menu and if it comes in a bottle...she says yes, in 50cl? well I say yes...and surprise I see on the bill vittel 50cl 3.75e.... wow!!!! In short, I certainly won't come back!!!! otherwise good food, good setting, terrace must be nice in season!!! ah yes red chairs are a horror. not comfortable !

Granted, la Boucherie in Viry-Noureuil is in the middle of nowhere, on the edge of a motorway, on the way to somewhere else, in this case Soissons or Meaux etc. Very rural France but more and more amenities are available in this area and La Boucherie is one such practical stops for restorative value. The meat is second to none, the service is quick and kind, the price is right and the choices endless. Their offerings in the beer and wine departments actually quite decent and I 'd wax more lyrical if the whole motorway ambience wasn 't so pervading, but all in all, the late opening hours and all I said above makes it an ideal traveling companion and a welcome break from driving. Do not hesitate between this and the ghastly potato offering next door. Chose la Boucherie. A Far better choice.

Dans l’ensemble, c’est un bon restaurant cependant, le service est bien trop long. Nous avons dû attendre au moins une bonne heure et même plus entre l’entrée et le plat. Ce n’est juste pas envisageable. De plus, nous avions tous demandé une cuisson saignante. Finalement, c’était à la limite bleuUn peu décevant au vue du prix que l’on a payé quand même Food: 4
