La Boucherie - Réserver une table

we came this weekend to celebrate my birthday and how can I say we stayed 3.5 hours in the restaurant to eat a poor burger made in 5 minutes... a young 16 year old apprentice took care of our table (in no case do I blame her but obviously the managers who left this young girl alone on a Saturday evening in the middle of a rush) we were served the dishes before the aperitif or even the starters after which we were told well we 're not going to redo the dishes for you, we 'll leave them warm for you in the end there were 7 of us and no one ate at the same time let 's talk about the prices now I ordered a burger for €18.50 for 2 slices of potato, a slice of bacon and a charal steak?? delighted it was the worst birthday evening of my life the staff didn 't care after several sermons from my mother no one came to our table as if they had the plague shameful hire more staff the apprentice is not your dog take care of an entire row on a Saturday evening and then tell her to go and apologize to our table (shameful the manager never came to see us) courage to this girl and do not hesitate to leave if the working conditions are bad.

Frankly, it sucks, there are no more staff worthy of the name, 16 year old apprentices to serve and cook, unable to manage the stress of serving a full room. The dishes arrive before the starter, you have to ask for the bread, the wine, the water, I don't blame the young apprentices, they have nothing to do with it, but where is the boss?? Seen by no one, unacceptable, we really need to close these chains and keep our small restaurants with chefs who cook with their guts, not with cookbooks, and who have a sense of business for the conviviality of our country. In a word, run away
