La Boustifaille

A group of us motorcycled to Monaco from Chester and stopped nearby on the return leg.When we entered this restaurant they were full and full of local people which we felt was a great pointer . We waited and after a few minutes got to our table escorted by staff who spoke very little English. None of us spoke French but we found the staff most helpful and we muddled through.We all selected steak, cooked on an open fire in the centre of the premises, we all said the meal was, quite simply, the best steak we have ever tasted. we have all promised to return on our next trip. After a beer we had house wine and an Irish coffee and we have all looked back on this as being the very best meal of the entire trip!Highly recommended

It is a very nice and cozy restaurant serving typical and good Ch'ti food. It is warm when the weather is not so good thanks to an everlasting fire place just in the middle of the saloon. There is a corner for the kids with some toys and there is also an availability of kids menu. The personnel is nice and efficient, my wife didn't loose the chance to tell me how good is to be in France, at least for the good level of the service.

Great food. Service could be better, but was adequate. Loved the colonel dessert! Will definitely go there a next time when in town

I recommend the fruits de mer it's lovely comfort food my husband had a steak which was lovely too I believe
