We sat on a table on the terrace to have the appetizer on December 31 before eating, and after seeing the letter we decided to stay for lunch. While we were in the shade, we changed the table to eat in the sun. But once we've noticed, we realized it was too hot to be there, and we asked the waiter, josé luis, if he didn't mind changing again. He was super friendly and then he changed the table with everything he wears. I advise you on the food when we ask. He was a professional and with exquisite attention. of course, we will return to the restaurant mainly for service and attention. Although the quality of the product, the bras, was spectacular, very good in relation quality price.
Easter Sunday most restaurants and bars had closed and it was a bit of a scrabble to get a seat anywhere in Pradollano. I was alone and had already been entirely ignored by another set of waiters in this strip obviously thinking of the size of their tip....Sat down at a table outside at La Braseria and enjoyed friendly, attentive service and the most delicious, perfectly cooked and beautifully presented sirloin steak grilled peppers and baked, griddled potatoes (Hallelujah not chips! with glasses of the house red followed by outrageous crepes, again delicious. Could not fault this place. Left a fat tip and will definitely be visiting again. Muy Bien!
Although it is true that the food was good, the service was regular. to a couple of details:1) there was a woman who tried to regulate her employees (because she had a regular and strong voice)2 the ketchup. It's absurd at best, but many of us ordered burgers, and only ketchup was coming. Every time we asked for ketchup, we had a couple of envelopes, and so on. It seemed like I told them to give us ketchup.
My wife work on feelings when it comes to restaurants. She spotted this one after we walk around and told me not to trust reviews all the time. In this case she was right. The service and pleasant staff was a great experience. The food was also very good when you are looking for a charcoal grilled style. I think any bad review about rude staff was a while back and the since changed it.

Llegamos temprano y el propietario notó que estábamos esperando en el frío con 2 niños pequeños. Ella nos dejó entrar temprano nos consiguió una mesa reservada con una zona de buggy. Servicio estupendo y atento, deliciosa comida y acogedor restaurante. Gracias.
I cannot remember when I was last treated this badly by a restaurant... possibly never this bad ever...? The attitude I received here was beyond aloof, it was hostile and rude. They really do not deserve any business. Still quite shocked.
Un sitio súper recomendable, nos ha encantado la comida y el trato de la camarera inigualable, ha sido un encanto. Hemos pedido hamburguesa black angus, parrillada de verduras y queso provolone. Todo espectacular. Volveremos!!
A carne é absolutamente incrível. Pedimos churrasco e lomo bajo maturado. São os dois espetaculares mas o lomo bajo maturado é incrível. Ao ponto de já reservarmos para vir amanhã para o txuleton.
