Had a nice dinner for 2 here, booked in advance to avoid being disappointed during peak hours, but proved unnecessary, it was relatively quiet. As an appetizer I enjoyed the tuna tars with avocado and Wasabi cream the combination was just right and tasted great. Main course we have ordered: Dish 1- Special of the day, what was beef in a mustard sauce with vegetables and butter pappardelle pasta. What a burst of taste of such a basic looking dish, with every taste was divine. Very recommended! Dish 2 sea bass with asparagus, saffron sauce, potatoes and fennel. Super brasserie à Montreux avec des portions généreuses. J'y suis allé avec mon mari. J'ai pris le cappuccino butternut pour commencer, le veau milanais qui était énorme ! C'est un plat pané et poêlé, servi avec de la salade et des frites) en plat principal et du baba au rhum en dessert. Nous avons également eu une bouteille de pinot noir local. La facture était de 90 CHF par personne, ce qui est cher mais c'est le prix moyen à Montreux.

One of my favorite roasts in Montreux. Beautiful selection of dishes and wine. Great steak with pommes! Service is friendly and professional. Good choice for all, friends, families or couples. The restaurant is located on the ground floor of a hotel with separate entrance.

Wonderful experience tonight. We had the Swiss Entrecote and the Linguins and both were phenomenal! Never had anything like her. My drink was amazing too! Very recommended, this will go overseas as one of our favorite foods!

Spot sur une entrecôte suisse mi-saignante, le bar également parfaitement cuit, fini 2 paniers de pain avec sauce, service incroyable et nous avons vraiment apprécié le temps, fortement recommandé !
