We stayed four nights over an extended weekend at this delightful hotel and ate there on the two evenings when the restaurant was open. What a wonderful experience. As soon as the amuse bouche was brought in served in egg shells resting on a nest of...hay we knew we were going to be treated to something special. We were not disappointed. On each occasion we stuck to the fish choices which included local freshwater fish. The fish was cooked perfectly harnessing the full flavour and texture; how often does one get served fish which is nigh impossible to identify. Certainly not here. a fantastic meal. everything was perfectly boiled and the service was very friendly with zero intention. the eier bowl amuse bouche was a fungal sensation. everything in the seafood starter was perfectly cooked. the chick ravioli was original, use some of the fleur de sel. on the table to bring out the cream sauce flavor. the enemy was classic, without mistake. the Scallop main plate was full of delicious root plants. the hate was tender, covered in a delicious wine sauce. while the lamb was a sortiment of textures suitable for an adventurous dish, it was perfectly cooked. the desserts rounded off a fantastic meal. the chocolate was special. the wine list was very accessible. we have stayed...

Nous avons été recommandés ce restaurant par un natif et il s'est avéré être le meilleur restaurant de nos 2 semaines en France. Un superbe lieu qui clôt notre voyage. La nourriture était excellente et bien cuisinée. Son brot fait maison était délicieux et...nous avons même eu un amuse-bouche et 2 entrées avant même de commencer! Le personnel était attentif, amical et nous a très bien accueillis. Nous reviendrons certainement lorsque nous serons dans le coin.

a truly creative, imaginative experience. exciting food to seduce all senses. if they stay in amboise, this is a must. the team is so annoying and strives to ensure that the service is excellent. we had dinner in the garden that was very pleasant.

Délicieux repas, très bon service toujours à votre disposition, mais pas trop proche. Nous avons passé une excellente expérience culinaire.
