They gave me the wrong order of fries, and the cashier tried to help correct the order. The kitchen staff made it difficult and was rude about it. I eventually got new fries after asking again if it was coming. The 405 sandwich and garlic rice were good but probably won't come back because of service. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
This restaurant is highly overrated. The brisket was decent, but paying almost $16 for a sandwich that is only 4 inches long is outrageous. The portion size was comparable to a mini sandwich for kids at TOGOs. I will not be returning. It feels like a complete ripoff. Rating: Food 1, Service 4, Atmosphere 5.
We order two brisket plates and the meat was rubbery and didn’t have that smoked flavor. Came with dried white rice with no seasoning or flavor, just plain and tasteless.
