very close to the high square, on the alfonso xi street, is this small tavern bar, in the center of the city of algeciras, in the caudiz. a quiet and pleasant atmosphere, with a good kitchen and an attractive menu, and with reasonable prices. the tapas are excellent, its size is abundant and the prices so normal, of approximately 1,80 1,90 euros, the beer bar costs 1,50 euros, a usual price in the bars of the center. a good place in algeciras for when you leave tapas, or, just for a coffee, sure it repeats.
tapas / rations are as varied as rich. very good Russian saladilla, homemade meat empanadilla, meat meat meat meat meat meat meat meat meat meat meat meat meat meat meat meat meat meat meat meat meat meat meat meat meat meat meat meat meat meat meat meat. the terrace, overlooking the high square, is pleasant.
Ate here twice. First time stopped for drinks and several cold tapas from the glass display case at the bar (this was during the afternoon hours when every kitchen in town is closed). Then returned for dinner. Got very well treated both times. Nice friendly people, good food, convenient location.

Siempre que puedo me escapo a La Brujidera. Tienen gran variedad de tapas y raciones y todo con productos de buena calidad. No he probado jamón más bueno que el que tienen ellos. El personal atento y amable. Sin dudarlo recomendable cien por cien.
Llevo poco tiempo viviendo en Algeciras y he repetido varías veces, van cambiando la carta y me parece espectacular todo lo que he ido probando hasta ahora, especialmente el jabalí al romero que es de otro mundo : Muy recomendable!
Great service, good cooking, a nice glass of wine, all for under 50 euros for two. We had steaks done to perfection and were very pleased. A thoroughly professional restaurant. Look no further if you are in or near Plaza Alta.

One of the locals advised me to this Tapa bar and was a good suggestion. We came more than once to the place and had always some thing different . Good food , nice and friendly staff . Good for a late night snack and drink
