we were recently at 2 nights in the hotel and had dinner once in the formal restaurant of the hotel and once in the art of the hotel. both meals were excellent. eating in the formal restaurant was full of taste and demanding. the service was. smooth and professional. eating in the stered was a bit easier as they might expect, but the quality was just as high and the prices were very reasonable. the ambiente des restaurants and the bistrot is modern, yet cozy and comfortable. we cannot expect to come back to the hotel! cordial gratitude to the staff and management of the hotels and restaurants!
convinced back that praised never again (see previous review) to discover a complete turn in customer service under the lead of a new maitre d sommelier. credits where it is due, la bute has now adapted the service to the excellent kitchen. friendly, welcoming and professional with a modern application to Breton culture. contempt before the tourism trade, with multilingual staff to help. excellent, wide weinlist for all bags and perfectly complement the original dishes of nicolas conraux. they deserve to do well.
Michelin starred dinner in a calm, relaxed setting. Service is perfect and the tables are nicely arranged throughout the restaurant (some tables have sea view, and at sunset it’s just superb). The food is just extraordinary, nothing is missing. The menus cost 59€, 75€ and...118€. I really recommend this location for couples, but not really suited for family with kids.
no chaos with unavoidable grief, just roaring forward, making preparation and cooking the conversation, one of the best lunches we have ever experienced in the modern environment with a magnificent view of the far sea. the service tadellos, beautiful note was the. variants of aromatized butters and the young sommelier, whose selection of wine was impeccable.
