La Cabane - Réservation de table

Traveling with children who like simple cheese but cannot stand strong (or a medium-continental cheese! and the staff was very understanding and made a cheese fondue for them with their mildest cheese, which the children loved staff was pleasant and helpful. Something surprised by the low reviews, it is a really nice restaurant, just what I would expect from a mountain town! The only negative is that they serve a lot of cheese dishes and the place has the resulting cheesey aroma

We wanted to eat at 8pm but they operate a two-sittings policy at 7pm and 9pm so we took the later slot. Reception was great and the restaurant is smart, tidy and very atmospheric. All the food we had was expertly prepared, fresh and there was plenty of it. Yes, it's not cheap but nothing is in Swiss ski resorts. I'd certainly recommend it without hesitation.

I tried to make a reservation for 8. At arrival the owner was on the phone and disappeared. I waited 10 minutes until he sent a young waitress to tell me they only accepted tables of max 6 because they couldn't handle it... Hugh?! This place gets 4/5? What for? Unfortunately the least score i can give is 1...

Fine for the regional specialities...atmosphere good, prices relatively high, service understaffed...Nendaz has well developed in the last years, a lot of new gastronomic opportunities opened, la Cabane remains a good option, but one does not miss too much, if your choice falls on another place. Réservez une table maintenant

Had a good raclette with excellent service. But after visiting this restaurant for many years during our short ski it has become too expensive. The cheapest bottle of wine goes for 70euro and it was not available. A "naked" raclette costs 35 euros. Conclusion: too expensive for what it is.

We have seen the terrace of the restau descending from station. By chance there was a table available. Great traditional alpine menu with a big choice of salads, juicy steaks and burgers and good wine card. We wanted to came back for dinner - but alas! you have to book in advance!

We had a great meal here and a nice evening! We sat in the charming dining room upstairs, the service was very pleasant, the food was absolutely delicious the local wine was also delicious. Value for money was completely reasonable. Loved the rustic floral decor.

We had a dinner in this restaurant We ordered soup, which was tasty, montaigne burger, whuch was ok and porc ribs, which was mediocre. They have local bears. The blanche was good. Réservez une table maintenant

The food was exceptional, staff very friendly and welcoming. A favourite of ours each year. Nothing was too much trouble and you were never rushed. Highly recommended.

The service was poor, staff were extremely rude and the food was overpriced. Many better options just down the road.
