La Cabra Loca, Cultural Café

Best coffee in Salento! I had a V60 and also tried a cold Chemex, made with local coffee beans. Both were excellent! The cafe has a great view over the valley, chill music, and an owner/barrista who loves what he is doing. The cafe is a bit outside the tourist center of Salento but still very close, just a short walk from one of the viewpoints. Follow the signs and then the yellow footsteps between two buildings to find this gem.
