Arrived at 6pm on a Friday night no booking, young staff member had to check with boss if there were any tables, even though only 2 tables were occupied. We were shown a table, given menus, when we asked for 2 wine glasses , byo $8 corkage, 5 minutes past and young male staff member arrived to take our order, we asked about the wine glasses. He said "shes busy taking an order wont be long?" Not sure why he couldn't pick up 2 wine glasses? Ordered a small foccacia as an entree, pizza as a main to share, he then asked what size foccacia we wanted?and if we wanted to order an entree! Specials on blackboard not mentioned. Great pasta and pizza, although the pasta is a bit oily. Don't go when's crowded. The restaurant was only at 1/3 capacity on a Monday night and we've waited over 30mins for our food. The waiter said we've only waited 28 minutes so I guess she's pretty proud of that.
We used to frequent this restaurant when we lived in Canberra and have always enjoyed its cosy ambience and tasty pizzas. Our experience on this occasion was again very pleasant, with great pizzas. - just what we felt like on a cold Canberra autumn evening.

absolute favourite pizza in Canberra- base is perfect balance between thick and thin and the ratio to toppings is exceptional. Would give it 5 as a takeaway, but the slightly small indoor area makes it a 4 for me.
Good home style Italian food. Nice atmosphere. Good prices and service was good too. Had a relaxed feel but still provided a nice meal and drinks. Knowledgable and friendly wait staff which is rare in Canberra.
Excellent Italian food, in a cosy setting. My husband had pizza which was excellent, and I had pasta, which I could tell was made in house, with an excellent mushroom sauce. Definitely would visit again.
We had the Raviolli as well as the Tortellini, absolutely delicious. We knew we had come to a good simple restaurant as within 30 minutes the place was full of families and couples.

I had the tortellini with mushroom and pea sauce, and it was sublime. Wonderful friendly service, and a nice ambiance in the restaurant.
Went a few weeks ago for a wine and quick dinner w mates, a simple food always have me. Tasty and comfy food. Congrats.
