I think they don't understand very well what gluten intolerance is, since after saying it before booking, my partner ended up with problems with gluten contamination and happens frankly wrong, I wouldn't recommend it for people with serious problems with gluten. said this, it would be incompetent not to say, that the food has been very good and the treatment has been good.
