We had THE WORST experience visiting this restaurant, booking our table for 8 pm we were served an incomplete dish after over an hour of waiting with no information or apology whatsoever. When we tried to ask to get our entree before the main dish after half an hour since we were already starving the waitress only snapped at us saying it was ordered to come at the same time (no apology no effort to ask in the kitchen if they can prepare bread with pate a bit earlier, no information that we will be served our food after 40 more minutes). The waitress doesn't even try to speak or understand a word of English. Absolutely rude at all times, when we didn't get part of our order tried to explain it to her colleague she started to explain herself to him in French whispering to his ear. She didn't even notice she didn't bring part of our order nor apologised even when I said I'm not used to a service like this and feel very disappointed. The manager started arguing with us that the waiting time is so long because of the fresh ingredients (but why nobody mentions that it will take an hour of waiting to get the food?). We were so distressed at that point and she only offered us coffee. I don't drink coffee would like a discount or at least a dessert on the house and a sincere apology not argument contest with the manager. Will never return I have never experienced such rudeness and lack of manners. It looks like they are understaffed and absolutely not prepared for the amount of guests, service completely destroyed our evening and even though the food was tasty we swallowed it in 5 mins being so hungry.
Nous sommes venus 2 hivers de suite pour manger une fondue. La 1ere fois tout se passa bienMais en 2017, service médiocre, amabilité médiocre et fondue digne du supermarché (pas assez de fromage pour 2, pas d'oeuf à la fin selon le tradition avec alcool..... Bref, on est loin de la Savoie et plus proche d'un restaurant de frint de neige "pour frimer"..... Très déçus nous ne reviendrons pas y manger en 2018
Bien desservi dans la station ce restaurant est typique et on y mange plus que très bien. Tous les plats typiques savoyards à partager en famille ou entre amis. On y a passé un excellent moment. Sans parler des sympathiques propriétaires de cet établissement. Allez-y les yeux fermés mais n'oubliez pas de réserver avant car la demande est grande.
