We're a little disappointed. the very nice place, good service. Good dishes ideas but some of them lack one more point. The calf didn't kill and the worst the quantities, very few. in these places with the simple menu for almost 60€ per person you should stay full and satisfied. the higher menus should be one more to more, not to fill and be happy, if not to surprise even more. the service and the place in a charming village. the richest the yolk is egged with bird broth and reduction is tomillo and lentils. the rest a little pretentious but it has not filled our soul.

a house with a lot of magic! from maraga I went to know valdemorillo and try the tasting menu of manuel franc. what a good choice! has been a whole experience for the senses, the very cozy place, an excellent deal and if you have the opportunity to speak with manuel and to know the history of the place you will not doubt it, surely will serve you as we do. Don't forget to enjoy every dish as if it were the last...

We've tried the executive menu and everything's fine. great elaboration by the chef, all the dishes well presented and with an incredible flavor. the attention of the excellent waitress. we have to try again the spring menu.
