Un sitio romántico en el Puerto Rubicón (Playa Blanca). No tiene pérdida, la casa roja como su nombre indica. La terraza está sobre el agua del puerto y el suelo tiene pequeñas placas de cristal desde donde puedes ver el mar. La cena fue excelente y con un ambiente muy especial. Destacamos los chipirones rellenos de cebolla caramelizada con alioli gratinado, los tacos de atún rojo con salsa de soja y tallarines de sepia. En medio de Marina Rubicón, justo al lado del puerto deportivo, se encuentra este fantástico restaurante con el que comenzó mi aventura en Lanzarote. Y qué gran recuerdo me llevo. No puedo hacer otra cosa que no sea recomendar absolutamente este restaurante. Y por todo, además. Tanto por las excelentes vistas al mar como por el insuperable buen trato tanto del dueño como de los camareros junto con, por supuesto, el inmejorable nivel de la carta. Porque los platos estaban totalmente deliciosos. Unos entrantes originales y bien preparados y unos platos de pescado que no olvidaré. Si quieres un Buen restaurante en esa zona, no lo dudes.

Muy cerca del puerto, pegadito al mar, está el restaurante La Casa Roja. Tuvimos suerte y conseguimos una mesa junto a la barandilla que da justo a la zona del puerto, se escucha el mar y la iluminación es muy agradable, íntima y tenue. La variedad de platos es perfecta y los camareros tienen muy claro qué es lo que más te va a gustar de las opciones que te ofrecen. Los niños tienen una carta especial para ellos, así que hay platos para el gusto de todos. No os olvidéis de pedir un buen vinito para acompañar la cena, Lanzarote es tierra de blancos.
