La Casona Mexican Fusion

This was our first time at La Casona and we enjoyed our dinner very much. Service was excellent and staff was very friendly. The guacamole was made at the table (customized for the amount of spice you want) and was excellent. We both had fajitas (one chicken, one beef) and enjoyed them both. Portions were very generous. We will visit again (and now we know you can park in nearby bank parking lot; it was difficult to find street parking).

The restaurant was pleasant, but it was quite cold inside. Some items on the menu seemed a bit pricey for what you get. Our waiter was attentive initially, but then he disappeared for a while. On a Friday night, it was surprising that no one came out at 9 PM. The mojito was strong, but the burrito was lacking in flavor. Overall, it's a charming little spot that offers decent Mexican food.

Second visit. The food was outstanding on both occasions. The room is pleasantly comfortable except that the acoustics are a little too hard. If it was as crowded as it deserves to be, it could be too loud. I would like to see such a crowd even if it would make getting a reservation harder because I wan this restaurant to survive so it stays here for my dining pleasure.

Had a fantastic authentic delicious Mexican dinner at La Casona. Hernando and his staff were gracious and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious. Very delicious sangria and a nice size glass. The crab cake appetizer was out of this world. Would go back in a heartbeat. Will definitely recommend to our friends. Réservez une table maintenant

We had made a reservation at this restaurant, but unfortunately, when we arrived, we found it closed. We were really disappointed, especially since there was no indication that they would be closed. It would have been helpful if they had informed us.

Traditional fare. Tasty and authentic in an attractive room. It was our first visit, and we think that we will lake it our go-to local place for Mexican food.

Delicious! I ordered the fajita burrito with steak with a margarita. Delicious! Very filling! I ordered a flan to go. ;o) Réservez une table maintenant

They had many large parties so service was slow but they really tried
