We found La Cerisaie almost by accident we were looking for a laundromat near the hotel we were staying at in Paris, and were taken by the mural on the wall near the restaurant. As we hadn 't made any particular plans for dinner that evening, and thee menu looked interesting, we decided to come back later in the evening. We were greeted by a very pleasant waiter, who sat us at an outside table very appropriate given the warm weather. As we weren 't feeling absolutely famished, we both opted for only two courses entree and main for me, main and dessert for Wendy. My rabbit terrine was excellent very tasty, excellent texture and a just right sized serve. I followed this with the American burger, which was not overly American but very delicious indeed the meat cooked just right, good side salad, tasty baguette and hot, firm chips (not fries with home made tomato sauce. Wendy had a ham and mushroom calzone, which smelt as good as it tasted fesh ham, nice mushrooms and of course delicious French cheese (I 'm sorry we didn 't ask what variety was used, as it was YUM! which wasn 't spoiled by being cooked in the calzone. For dessert, she had tiramisu, which was excellent (i can 't comment, as I don 't eat it! . Midway through our meal, it started to spatter with rain, but n 'importe, the waiter cranked out the large awning and we were able to finish our dining in comfort. Obviously we liked this restaurant, because we came back two nights later to sample more from the menu! This time the waiting staff were two happy and smiling ladies. Service was excellent on both nights the waiting staff understood enough of my French, and spoke quite good English when my French failed!

I was not impressed with this place and I will not set foot in it ever again. I am a vegetarian and I ordered a salad that originally came with duck, I asked to take the duck out and I essentially had a few salad leaves, some of them rotting, and a few overcooked green beans and potatoes. The salad was soggy and tasteless and I had to take out the rotting leaves myself. When the bill came, I realised that I had been charged the same price as the original dish with duck 15 euros!!!, when I objected the owner told me to simply pay up and leave. The owner was rude, unpleasant and the food is simply overpriced and substandard.

First the food is good, the service is friendly and welcoming, however beware the con or ordering the pizza and desert of the day special for 16.90... When getting the bill we are told it is only for lunch (doesn't say this on the menu)... Therefore have to pay for full price. On leaving the restaurant the big sign outside states the same offer( with no mention of lunch only)... Leaves a bad taste in the mouth when you feel conned by the restaurant, not recommended.

Nice little restaurant just down the street from the Hotel Movenpick Paris Neuilly. They have a variety of food, but as a vegetarian, I was interested in their pasta or pizza. I chose pasta and thought it was excellent. The owner is very nice and friendly, plus he speaks English. I asked for a special salad and he was happy to make it for me.
