Je remarque dans d’autres critiques que les gens n’apprécient pas toujours la décoration éclectique de La Ciboulette. Nous l'avons adorée. Quel changement par rapport aux restaurants « modernes » trop éclairés et impersonnels en ce moment. Des présentoirs de théières, de verres, de tableaux et surtout une masse de pommes, de courges et de potirons du jardin. Le couple de propriétaires qui cuisine et sert sont charmants et très accueillants. Et bien sûr, la nourriture… Délicieuse et originale. Notre plat de poisson servi dans un plat en tuile était bien cuit avec des légumes variés en accompagnement, principalement cultivés par la femme et son père. De bons apéritifs et d'excellentes mousses...
From the moment we went through the door, the service was personalized, just like when we visited very good friends. We were early so we could choose our places, right near the fire. The menu consists of homemade vegetables, fresh fish from the sea, an excellent house wine, a lush mousse au chocolat. And everything with a smile and discretion. And when the bill came, I thought they had to forget to charge us for one of the meals, that's not right. So I checked and asked... no, everything was counted. Except of course for the digestion they offer us. A note about what the others ate, I tasted the duck heavanly was. And another fish from what I ordered... no regret, but next time I'll try... D...
Do not be fooled from outside, once in the restaurant has a perceptible wealth of ornaments, pictures, odds etc. create a wonderful ambience. The seating was spacious, no feeling of being squeezed in. The menu du Jour (18 Euro) was very tasty to finish homemade onion soup followed by a plate of delicate beef in a rich red wine sauce and a homemade mouse au chocolat. The lady waiting at the tables might have had a gracious rest, no rush here and if he asked to advise on a local wine for me had no hesitation to recommend a €14, which was remarkably good value and pleasant. We will return.
J'étais justement là ce soir. Cela fait environ 2 ans depuis la dernière visite de cet endroit. Rien n'a changé, c'est toujours excellent. Le service était très rapide, amical et efficace. J'ai juste commandé un plat principal, mon confit de canard était excellent et les portions étaient also great. Ma femme a pris le Maigret de canard. c'était super et toute l'expérience a été vraiment bonne. J'y retournerai régulièrement.
