we have come to this hotel since 1999, not every year, but very regular to covid; this visit was our third shift. first there were not enough guests to put on the usual evening buffet, so we were able to take place from the...a la carte menus, as this is a public restaurant as well as for residents. this time the food palette has drastically expanded, as the nearby Chinese restaurant is permanently closed and the chef has joined the kitchen team in la ciguenya. the food quality was excellent; there is also a Thai menu, as well as traditional Spanish and international decisions. the pizza menu, always a favorite, is extensive and they can choose between thinner or thicker crust for the basic....

Nos encantó nuestra estancia de 7 noches en La Ciguenya. La ubicación es fantástica: no podrías estar más cerca de la playa. La habitación estaba impecablemente limpia y el desayuno (con hermosas vistas al mar) fue genial (y la señora que trabajaba en la sala de desayunos durante la semana también fue muy amable). Sólo dos comentarios: la cama nos pareció un poco dura y nos hubiera gustado tener tumbonas más arriba en nuestra terraza para poder ver la vista al mar. Estancia brillante y no dudaría en recomendarlo. Si alquila un coche, hay un aparcamiento grande y convenientemente ubicado a un par de minutos a pie. Probamos el restaurante una noche también y la comida era excelente.

We were staying at La Ciguena and dined on two evenings. On each occasion the menu was varied and reasonably priced. Service was prompt and polite we chose the buffet menu and all courses were well stocked with fresh food although on the second...evening the dessert choices were limited with no ice cream available. A good pleasant atmosphere with choice of eating indoors or outdoors.

how good was la ciguena copied during this trial period. everywhere was so clean and tidy, the staff was fantastic and always so helpful. eating was amazing, so much choice and very well cooked. that's really my home from home. I feel so...safe in la ciguena, how everything is organized with such a carefree for all of us living. next year. Réservez une table maintenant

as always wonderful variety of foods every time, breakfast and dinner excellent, service fantastic. yolanda the chef has an amazing work in these times. our group was very satisfied with eating and service, and the way and wise how everything was presented.

Sitio muy tranquilo, decoración muy agradable, una ubicación encomiable. El servicio y el personal perfecta. Hemos disfrutado mucho de los días que hemos estado. Tienes parking gratuito a 5 minutos a pie del Hostal. Volveremos a repetir
