with so many good restaurants that we have visited in this week in old estepona and the high reviews and relatiw higher price, we have expected that this restaurant would have been one of the best of our visit. that wasn't. don't say it was bad, but eating was disappointing, and the service started a bit curt and unwilling, but warmed up like the night went. with all the great possibilities I have provided, I really can't recommend eating here. it was only average.
Superb quality, with great service. We had three starters as this was a light lunch visit, we ordered prawn Pil Pil but they had no prawns (shows they have fresh food) we were asked if we liked Pil Pil and they said they could substitute cod for the prawns which they did and it was lovely.i would recommend this place and we will go again.
Great new place for a meal or tapas with family and friends. Situated in the heart of the Centro Histórico, a stone's throw from the Remedios Church and just round the corner from the Plaza Manuel Alcántara, the choice of items, and the quality, make this a place to come back to, time and time again!
we had an excellent experience. the host was super friendly – he gave extensive advice about her wee and that was amazing. we had fried oliven (delicious,) gambas al pil-pil and paella. we can recommend this place to anyone who visits estepona. 10 of 10! Réservez une table maintenant
La cocina is a lovely restaurant in the town centre. The food is great, fresh and homemade typical tapas and the service is excellent. They also have really good wine. I really recommend it. You will want to go back again. I know I will!!
wonderful meal and great experience. antonio, our waiter, was really great and the paella and solomillo were fabulous.
had booked and received both confirmation and reminder not to forget my booking, when we got there it was closed.
