I have to agree with other reviewers the staff here is hit or miss, and the desk staff could use a sprucing in attitude. I love the gentlemen who works in produce, he is always so nice. But, my biggest complaint is the amazon delivery people, they now have taken over the entire store leaving their carts everywhere and anywhere, they are kind of rude. Not sure that the store was designed to have all those extra bodies and carriages in the aisle, it is just not big enough. To make matters worse they are always parked in the front rows , leave their doors open so you can't get by while they pack in 400 bags of whatever. They should be made to park in the last row. Always typically enjoy shopping at WF's, but this particular store always have the worst customer service. Their customer service desk is always rude. Never greet you and always have a horrible attitude. They know nothing about how to ensure customers have a good experience especially when unhappy with the product quality. They never say sorry or smile. Just not a good experience and why I will avoid shopping here for a lot of products I can get at Costco, Trader Joe's or other grocery stores. Not my usual experience at WF's just this one. They need to retrain their workers here. Oh well, if they don't mind losing sales and getting poor reviews then they dont have to do anything about it.
Whole Foods is the place to go if you want to indulge in a fancy shopping experience. You can feel like a trendy social media influencer while shopping for organic vegetables and gourmet products. I visited the Dedham location before an event at the neighboring Muse Paint Bar, and it was a great way to pass the time. Just like the store in South End, there is a wide variety of fresh juices, vegan cheeses, and a food bar area with options for a quick meal on the go. The store is clean and well-maintained, but the bathrooms could use some improvement. Despite this, I still love Whole Foods and will definitely be returning.
Disappointing experience today at w f. I expect w f employees to be perhaps slightly weird, but the two I encountered today, girl with blue hair at register and girl in aisles with braids piled a foot up on her head, were also just kind of sullen and unpleasant. We have all worked entry level customer service jobs, and it is hard to deal with the public, but I was certainly polite to both and for some reason I just expect better from w f.

I have been a loyal customer of Whole Foods since the early days of their chain. I have visited many of their locations throughout the U.S., and my favorite is the one in Dedham. The store offers a wide variety of options and is quite spacious. However, I do think they could improve on stocking certain products on the shelves. Despite this, I love the place. The staff is always polite and greets me with a friendly "Hi" whenever I visit.
Impressed with their system during this COVID 19 crisis. Organized, very clean and well thought out. 6' distance apart in a line outside , a woman calls you in one by one, another sanitizes a cart and hands to you. Employee helps you to find the quickest line and the registers open are also appropriate width apart. Found everything I needed, good quality.
Very nice story. Their food court is amazing. Plenty of fresh greens, veggies healthy items and sushi. Lots of cool drinks. Staff is very nice. Ultra clean store. I could spend all day in here.
this review relates only to the bakery department. the service is fine but the cakes i bought are dry and more then a few days old. I am sorry I will not be visiting wholefoods bakery again.
