There were two options for espresso at this cafe. The Bowery espresso was prepared very well, with a sweet and bright flavor and no saltiness. The cappuccino was also nice, with the house espresso blending well with the milk which was steamed nicely. The house drip coffee was a bit too dark roasted for my personal taste, but they did offer a lighter roasted single origin drip coffee which I did not try. The almond croissant was delicious. The barista at the register was attentive and friendly. The music was at a reasonable volume, and the cafe did not get too loud with multiple conversations. Was super annoyed because we were in a hurry. The door on the store said they opened at 6:30.. I waited until 6:40, one of the employees saw me standing by outside waiting. We left because we were in a rush, I go to check online and find they don’t open until 7am.So multiple reasons why this was the frustrating experience : 1. The employee didn’t have the decency to even come say “hey we don’t open until 7”. 2. The door said something completely different than the internet.CHANGE THE DOOR OPENING TIME PLEASE.
One of my go to coffee shops in Chicago. I know it is a chain but it doesn't feel like it. This one is a nice bike ride from my apartment and I love drinking latte art from a real mug while enjoying the quiet atmosphere to read a book or practice my drawing skills. The pastries are quite good as well.
This restaurant is incredibly convenient and wonderful! They serve top-notch coffee and tea, and the baristas are very knowledgeable. The atmosphere is really pleasant as well. Situated right below the train station, it's a perfect spot for commuters to quickly grab a bite to eat. Food: 5/5

Walking around wicker park and decided to get an iced coffee. After reading the reviews I decided on the latte draft. It was really good. Very creamy. Great choice. The inside is nice. If you want a cold latte try it.
The Oat milk draft latte is unique and a must-try. Latte art on the cortado was very impressive. Would’ve preferred a light roast but medium/dark was good too.
I am a Starbucks aficionado but will always go to La Colombe when in town. It is wonderful. I had the oak milk draft every morning while in Chicago.
This is a great café with a cool interior located just beneath the metro station. It may not be very kid-friendly and parking is not available.
