Je recommanderais cet endroit à la plupart des gens. Cet endroit est plutôt sympathique et gentil à l'exception du serveur que nous avions. Il ne s'est jamais présenté à notre table, il n'a attendu personne pour passer sa commande de boissons et s'est simplement éloigné. Il ne nous a vérifiés qu'une seule fois et dès que nos assiettes étaient presque nettoyées de la nourriture, il a apporté le chèque sans nous demander si nous avions besoin d'autre chose. Nous étions là pour la nourriture et les boissons et après avoir vécu tout cela toute la nuit, nous avons décidé de prendre un verre ailleurs après notre repas
The food at La Comida was really good across the board. However, I ordered a Top Shelf margarita on the rocks. What I got was a glass almost filled with tiny, almost shaved ice, rather than big ice cubes. The taste was very bland, and for a $12 margarita, I expected more. I couldn 't even taste the tequila. I told the waiter about it, but he informed me that all their ice is of the tiny, shaved kind. Please, La Comida, switch the ice for your on the rocks drinks to large ice cubes. It makes a difference!
I would recommend this place to most people. Overall, the staff is pretty friendly and kind, except for the waiter we had. He never introduced himself to our table, didn't wait for our drink orders, and simply walked away. He only checked on us once, and as soon as our plates were almost empty, he brought out the check without asking if we needed anything else. Despite being there for food and drinks, we decided to go elsewhere for drinks after our meal due to this experience.
This was our first time dining at this restaurant, but it definitely won't be our last. The food was fantastic and the service was excellent. The chips and white queso were incredible, and the chimichanga was huge and delicious. The enchiladas were also terrific. The portions were so large that we will definitely share next time. I have been here about 6-7 times and it's usually great. This time the server ruined it for us. Sydney was not very friendly and more importantly rushed us non stop through the meal Literally grabbed our plates while we were eating. It was ridiculous. Not sure why we still tipped 20%. She was terrible.
