I was visiting friends in St Albans and they booked a night out for us in their local Italian restaurant La Coza Nostra . I always have been big fun of Italian food but this little , buzzing place convinced me even more . The...food was amazing , I had grilled aubergines as starter , full of flavours and extremely tasty , for my main I chosen linguini marinara , seafood pasta , mega taste , garlicky with tomato sauce , OMG that was like haven in my mouth . I have been recommended Homemade Tiramisu for desert and I wasn’t disappointed, that was the best tiramisu I ever tried , the fact that the desert was prepared by the restaurant’s chef added the cherry on the top . nice lunch here on Saturday afternoon. before and enjoyed our return. we had a nice meal again! the table had calamari, mozzarella carozza, garlic mushrooms and capprese salat. for the net I had the classic margherita, my man asked for chicken mouse (instead. the calf and she fortunately obliged) my father had meatballs and his friend had amatriciana pasta. desserts too! all the other than me had the tiramisu and went for the fudgepie. knocked out a point because my dessert bowl was hot on the touch but my hot fudge cake was cold. was difficult to get the attention of the staff as they were very busy, but the taste was still beautiful. had a nice conversation with the staff when we left how...

Dropped in on impulse to give it a try. Unassuming decor, decent service and I would guess family run. Went with pasta dishes purporting to be homemade and we weren't disappointed. Starters and desserts were pretty good too. I'd say the pick were the pasta/meatballs...and the creme brulee. Prices were a little high but no doubt affected by brexit and covid. Would return and try the pizza next time as that looked as good as the pasta dishes.

Didn’t book just turned up. Lovely bright restaurant with outside dining to front too. Ordered lunch special pasta with olives, chilli and anchovies. Delicious. Comes with a drink for £6.95. Another order of linguini marinara also. Little disappointed that the lady serving didn’t seem very...enthusiastic or happy. Would have made a difference to the experience. a friend had recommended this restaurant. we tried. eat very bland and barely served hot . stingy portions . the leber of the calf, the 2 of us was cold and the sauce was gloopy and bland . I had calf and. overboiled and cold spaghetti . the only thing that was nice at all the meal was the wee and the atmosphere. service slowly on a Monday evening .

extremely friendly and accommodating with excellent eating. we had no reservation as we were just over and they were completely booked (always a good sign) but they pushed us in. the food was excellent and very fast, friendly service. I recommend this restaurant to them.

Our meals were all extremely good!! The service was excellent! The management and waitress were all extremely friendly and truly seemed to be there to please. We would definitely go back.

An improvised dinner and we were lucky to find a tiny table for 3 outside. Excellent food, friendly staff and clean restaurant
