When our order arrived at La Crawfish Katy, we noticed the potatoes we requested were missing and the food was cold! I expressed my frustration to the staff, mentioning how this location keeps making mistakes and quality is declining. I asked for a refund but wanted to speak with the manager privately, so I called right after leaving. It's disappointing because this place has potential, but the execution falls short. The fries were decent, but I ordered a shrimp po'boy and the shrimp weren't peeled or deveined, which resulted in a texture that was a combination of shrimp and fingernails. This is basic cooking that should be followed. The crawfish empanadas contained only two tiny pieces of crawfish each. I spent $18 and left wishing I had just picked up takeout from HEB next door.
This place deserves more than 3 stars!!! The place was empty when we got there and we were iffy thinking the food was going to be trash but the food was actually amazing! It is a little pricey but definitely worth it. Me and my husband enjoyed it. We will definitely recommend to our family and will be back.Just prepare yourself to get your fingers dirty and heartburn for the rest of the day so have your Tums ready!
The wings here are incredible! Who would have thought that such a fantastic seafood restaurant would serve the best wings? The pho is also quite good. Plus, it's toddler-approved! We ordered chicken bites for her, and she loved them.

I placed an order for pickup and was told it would take about 25 minutes. However, when I arrived at the drive-thru window, they were just beginning to prepare my order. In total, it took about an hour to get my food.
Great! The food was amazing and when I ordered extra rice, they made it up to me for the machine taking a bit longer than usual with some extra corn. All in all, good staff and good food.
I don't know why their shrimps are always blackened. Some of them are not edible because they are way too overcooked. The portion is too small. The food has been very inconsistent.
Ordered 20min before my lunch to have time to pick up and eat within my hour lunch got to the restaurant and the order had not been started.

The food has always been great, and this time I tried a different Pho which was quite good. The service is fast and efficient as well.
